Description

As the cold war began to boil in some South American countries due to the guerrilla warfare fueled by the URSS funding and Cuban training, the US began to help the air forces engaged in Counter Insurgency operations by providing them with the means to effectively carry out these operations. By the mid-60s the T-33 was still in operations with the vast majority of the air forces in the region and programs were implemented to increase the aircraft´s offensive capabilities, turning it into an effective COIN platform. While some air forces received the updated AT-33, others were allowed to convert their older platforms to those specifications, adding K-14 gunsights and rocket launcher rails capable to deliver a variety of air to ground rockets including the SERAM T.10, the MA-2A and Oerlikon SURA-D/FL.

This set contains four (04) SERAM T.10 rockets and the associated launch rails fitted to T-33/AT-33 aircraft as used by Brazil, Chile and Peru air forces, amongst others.
